What does a Fractional Recruiter do?

As your Fractional Recruiter, we can focus on any or all aspects of the recruiting process. Some of our clients only have us source candidates to determine interest level, then pass along contact info and resumes for them to take over. Other clients have us manage full-cycle recruiting, while other clients have us manage their ATS. We are flexible and can mold our support to whatever you need us to do.

What roles can a Fractional Recruiter fill?

At On The Hook Recruiting, our Fractional Recruiter service supports a wide range of hiring needs from high volume (ie: 91 hires per year) to Executive-Level Searches. Does a Fractional Recruiter require a time commitment?

On The Hook Recruiting supports our clients with a wide range of time commitments. Some of our clients use our Fractional Recruiter Service for 10 hours per week for a few months, until a position is filled. Other clients have used our service at 40+ hours per week for several years and counting. The flexibility we offer can meet any budget or timeframe requirements the client has, with no long-term commitment required.

What does a Fractional Recruiter cost?
